陈奕桦（1981-08），男，台湾台北人，应用心理专业硕士生导师与教育博士生导师。现为曲阜师范大学中国教育大数据研究院研究员。台湾成功大学中国文学系学士、台湾东华大学教育学硕士、台湾成功大学教育学博士，主修数字学习与科技融入教学设计。历任贵州财经大学教育技术系主任，泰国博仁大学教育管理专业专任教师。研究专长为数字学习与次级资料分析，已在国内外核心学术期刊发表相关论文40余篇，获得济宁市社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖、山东省教育科学优秀成果奖特等奖与成都市教育科研一等奖，并担任国内外学术期刊的外审人员。
